If the product proves to be defective, we work with ALL customers to straighten out errors, delays, faulty products, etc. We need to be notified about any defect within a reasonable amount of time - 6 months at the most for larger quantity orders. RETURNS - RMA Request
If you wish to return a product that is unopened, you may return it for an exchange or a refund within 15 days of your invoice date. All unopened returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please note that you will be responsible all shipping charges. Lenscomputers.com cannot credit any shipping charges.
If you have opened the product and/or broken any factory seals, and IF IT'S DEEMED RETURNABLE, you may return it within 30 days for a credit to purchase another item. Please note all non-defective open box returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and a $25 testing fee.
All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects. If an item proves to be defective within 30 days from the date of your invoice, we can assist with the repair or exchange of that item for you, according to the terms of the manufacturer's warranty.
Please make sure that any product that you return as defective is indeed defective. Any product that is returned as defective that is tested and proves to be not defective will be assessed a $25 Technical Inspection Charge.
If you wish to return merchandise you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Once you have been issued an RMA number, you must ship the product so that it reaches us within 10 days. After 10 business days, a refund will not be given. All RMA numbers must appear on the shipping labels. All items must be returned with original packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, cables, accessories, components, etc. Incomplete returns will result in a delay of your refund, an additional restocking fee, and possibly a refusal of your return.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.

We will ship all orders for items in stock within 48 hours. If the merchandise ordered is on back order we will notify you via email of the projected ship date.
We do not charge sales tax except for FL and CA residents..
We can provide overnight, 2nd Day and 3 Day service through either the Postal Service, UPS or Federal Express.

Unfortunately we are not responsible for typographical errors regarding the pricing of products that may appear on our site. Errors in pricing cannot be honored.
